From The Jewish Journal: Is it "optimistic" to think an older man might choose an older woman over a young one? Screenwriter Nancy Meyers doesn't think so, as her latest film, Something's Gotta Give, delightfully demonstrates: "I think that a lot of men, when they do meet someone close to their age, feel they have found something perhaps more solid than when they’re dating a woman 25 years younger. I mean, it must be a relief not to have to act 35 in bed when you’re 60."
From the Fort Worth Star-Telegram: Playwright Doug Wright wasn't sure how to treat the extraordinary story of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf in his new play My Life as a Woman, the "the most stirring new work to appear on Broadway this fall." Then somebody suggested he make himself the protagonist.
