Drama/ 6 Characters, 3 Men, 3 Women/ Two Acts Synopsis: Ranging from a back street Manchester pub to an Oxford dinner table, Stiff Stuff brings together a salesman on the edge, a celebrity footballer, and a professor of nonsense verse. This wildly inventive drama breaks the rules with more verve and bare-faced cheek than any paparazzi. |
"... brilliantly expressed through alternately stylised and naturalistic language with plenty of sex and humour intermingled." "What's fresh is the way Chambers uses words like weapons, from the stiletto to the bludgeon."
